3. Prepare - I'll send you three short questions twenty-four hours before the call so we're ready
to go deep from minute one.
4. The call - sixty minutes, 1:1, on Zoom. Recorded so you can return to it.
5. Follow-up - A short summary email with the structural redesign we discussed.

FAQ
Is this a sales call for your bigger programmes?
No. It's a paid strategic audit. If our conversation reveals that deeper work together would be transformative, I'll tell you. If it doesn't, I won't pretend it would. I'm not in the business of pressure.
What if I'm not the right fit?
If during our call I genuinely believe this isn't the right time or stage for me to help, I'll tell you and refund the call in full. That's my line
Can I reschedule?
Yes - up to twenty-four hours before our call, no questions asked. Inside twenty-four hours, we'll do our best to accommodate, but I can't guarantee it.
Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?
The £247 is non-refundable except in the case mentioned above. The work begins the moment you book, including the prep questions and my preparation time before the call.
What happens after the call?
You'll receive a summary email with the redesign we discussed. If a VIP day or further work feels right for both of us, we'll have that conversation, but only if it's genuinely the right next move.
